K-ETA
With the implementation of K-ETA, nationals of 112 countries/regions eligible for visa-free entry need K-ETA approval in advance to board a flight or ship bound for the Republic of Korea. It is recommended to apply for K-ETA at least 72 hours prior to boarding the flight bound for the Republic of Korea. K-ETA can be used multiple times within the validity pediod (3 years within the passport expiration date).
Invitation Letter
- 1. Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants and the Invitation Letter we provided is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants.
- 2. To request an official invitation letter, participants must first complete the registration process. After registration is complete, you can download the Invitation Letter on 'My page-Registration’.
※ A general invitation with an official stamp can be sent via courier upon request. Please note, the cost of mailing it (USD 30) must be covered by the recipient.
※ Please note that HBP Surgery Week 2026 will not issue guarantee letters under any circumstances to participants for visa purposes. If you need any other documents, please contact the Secretariat.
