    Guidelines for Oral/Video Presentation

    ※ [Invited Speakers & Chairs] Please see the session schedule on the right.

    2. Submitting the Presentation File

    Highly recommend to use the provided template for your presentation.

    • Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx)
    • 16:9 aspect ratio (Landscape/Horizonal)
    • Must include: COI Disclosure Information Slide (2nd slide)
    Font Use a common font, such as Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana etc.
    (Special fonts might be changed to a default font.)
    Submission At the Onsite Preview Room

    • March 27(Fri) 07:30-18:00
    • Please bring your files on a USB memory stick.
    • Please visit the Preview Room at least 2 hours before your scheduled presentation.
    • Important Notification : Only PC Window’s-based computers will be used during the congress.
      (Please convert the file which is created by a Mac to a PC PowerPoint file before uploading/submitting.)

    3. Equipment in the Podium

    • (1) Windows PC with Slide Notes (Mac not supported)
    • (2) Microphone
    • (3) Mouse and Smart Pointer (No keyboard provided)
    • (4) Timer

    * We DO NOT recommend using your own laptop computer (in particular Mac Books) for your presentation(s) to avoid problems with computer-projector compatibility.

    4. Before Your Presentation

    • (1) Arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
    • (2) You will be responsible for controlling/advancing your presentation slides.
    • (3) Please be sure to keep to the allocated presentation time in consideration of the next speaker.
