Guidelines for Oral/Video Presentation

1. Presentation File Format

2. Submitting the Presentation File

• Please visit the Preview Room at least 2 hours before your scheduled presentation and bring your presentation file(s) on a USB memory stick.
• Presenters are requested to check their presentation files to ensure they work correctly in our system.

3. Equipment

• Session rooms will be equipped with a computer running Windows (not Mac), projector and microphone.
• The podium will be equipped with a monitor, microphone, mouse, and timer.
• We recommend that you DO NOT use your own laptop computer (in particular Mac Books) for your presentation(s) to avoid computer-projector compatibility issues.

4. Before Your Presentation

• Please be sure to keep to the allocated presentation time in consideration of the next speaker(s).
• Arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
• You will be responsible for controlling/advancing your presentation slides.

Guidelines for Poster Presentation

1. Poster Presentation Schedule

• Allocated Presentation Time: 5 min (including 1 min. for Q&A).
• Poster sessions will be held in the Exhibition Hall (1F, HICO).
• Please stand in front of your poster before the session begins.
• Presenting authors should be present beside the posters during the assigned sessions.
• Poster presentation authors will be notified individually of the details of their presentation time.

2. Guideline on Preparing Your Poster Presentation

The aim of this guideline is to support presenting authors in preparing their poster presentation.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the presenting author to print/supply his/her poster for display and bring it to the congress.

Poster Printing Venue:

All posters will be on display in the Exhibition Hall (1F, HICO).

Poster Boards:

Posters must be mounted on the assigned poster board that carry your unique poster number.

Poster Dismensions:

• Panel: 95cm (W) x 250cm (H)
• Recommended Poster Size: 90cm (W) x 120cm (H)
• Maximum Size: 94cm (W) x 195cm (H)

* The poster should be in PORTRAIT orientation.

* The abstract title, author's name(s) and institution(s) should appear at the top.

3. Set-up

• Posters must be mounted on the assigned poster board that carry your unique poster number.
• Mounting and removal must be done during the assigned schedule only. If not, posters will be removed by staff without notice and the organizing committee will not take responsibility for any damages or losses.
• Adhesive tape will be available to attach your poster to the panel. (Tape will be provided in the Exhibition Hall.)

4. Poster printing & Pick up service for the HBP Surgery Week 2025 attendees (Optional service)

• HBP Surgery Week 2025 has officially assigned the local poster printing company "Imagenet" as the official partner to offer discounted poster printing services exclusively to HBP Surgery Week 2025 attendees.
• Please be advised that each poster presentation presenting author is responsible for individually arranging the printing order of their poster for display.
• Using this poster service is not compulsory, and the presenting author can prepare the poster themselves.
• If you would like to use this service, all poster printing, payment, and pick-up service are handled by our official partner, "Imagenet." Therefore, please forward your inquiries to Imagenet.(imagenet365@naver.com)
