Registration Acknowledgement

Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail after your on-line registration.

Payment Status (Check at ‘My page’)

After you complete your on-line registration, please visit ‘My page’.
You can check the payment status of your registration at ‘My page’.
Payment Status will be changed from ‘Payment is needed’ to ‘Payment is confirmed’ within three weeks upon clearance of you payment.

Confirmation of Registration

Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks upon making the appropriate payment.
Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
After you complete your payment, you can download your receipt at ‘My page’.

Payment Methods

Online Credit Card Payment

By selecting "Online Credit Card," you can pay online with an e-commerce system.
Microsoft Edge is suggested for online payment. VISA, Mastercard and JCB are accepted by the HBP Surgery Week 2024 online system.

Bank Wire Transfer

• Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by registrants.
• Your Payment Status will be changed from ‘Pending’ to ‘Complete’ within two weeks upon clearance of your payment.
• A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail (reg@hbpsurgery.org).
• Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
• If you would like to change the method of payment, you are requested to contact the Secretariat by e-mail (reg@hbpsurgery.org).

Registration Confirmation (Receipt)

• 1)An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration. Registrants can check the status of registration and payment on ‘My Page’ by logging onto the online registration system. You will be able to print an official receipt from the online registration system once your payment is completed.

Invitation Letter

• 1) To receive an invitation letter for visa application, please fill out the field of information accurately when you register on-line.
• 2) In order to receive a hard copy of the invitation letter, a requester should send USD 60 for postage to the Secretariat in advance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 1) If you wish to withdraw your registration, please follow the procedure below to request withdrawal.
  (Mypage → Registration → Click the "Withdraw" button at the bottom)
• 2) Withdrawal will be completed upon approval from the secretariat.
• 3)The congress will refund registration fees to prepaid participants who cancelled their registration in the amount of the refund based on the date of cancellation.
• 4) Refunds will be made after the end of HBP Surgery Week 2024.
• 5) All bank charges are the responsibility of the registrant.
• 6) Please refer to the following cutoff dates for cancellation.

등록비

• 회원등록비는 학회 회비를 납입하는 평생회원 및 정회원에 한정되며(2023년 기준), 미납시 비회원으로 등록하시거나, 연회비를 별도로 납부해 주시기 바랍니다.
• 만 65세 이상 한국간담췌외과학회 회원 및 학생은 등록비가 면제됩니다.

Registration Acknowledgement (등록 접수 확인증)

Registration Acknowledgement는 온라인 등록 후 e-mail을 통해 발송됩니다.

Payment Status (‘My page’에서 확인)

등록 접수 후 ‘My page’를 방문하여 등록비 지불상태를 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.
Payment Status는 등록비 입금이 완료되면 'Payment needed' 에서 'Payment is confirmed'로 변경됩니다

Confirmation of Registration은 입금이 완료되면 등록하신 e-mail을 통해 발송됩니다.
결제를 완료해야 등록이 완료되며, 사전 등록 기간 내에 결제를 완료하지 않을 시, 추가금액이 적용될 수 있습니다.
결제 완료 후, ‘My page’에서 영수증을 다운로드 받을 수 있습니다.

등록 취소 및 환불 안내

• 1) 등록 철회를 원하실 경우, 아래 절차를 통해 등록 철회 요청 신청해주시기 바랍니다.
  (Mypage → Registration → 하단의 ＂Withdraw＂버튼 클릭
• 2) 사무국 승인 후 등록 철회가 완료 됩니다.
• 3) 모든 등록비 환불은 대회 종료 후 환불에 필요한 수수료가 공제된 후 지급됩니다.
• 4) 등록 취소 시 환불 조건은 아래와 같습니다.

2) 출결 관리

모든 연수 교육은 입실/퇴실 총 두 번의 시간이 확인되어야 평점을 인정받을 수 있습니다. 누락 등 사후 반영은 불가합니다.
