• Acknowledgement of registration will be sent to you via e-mail after completing online registration.
• You can check your payment status on your ‘My Page.’

• After March 16(Mon), only on-site registration is available.

Hands-on Program Registration Fee

HBP Surgery Week 2026 will host an Hands-on program on March 28 (Sat), 2026.
Please note that the number of participants is limited, and attendance will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once your participation is confirmed, attendance is mandatory.

Payment Methods

Online Credit Card Payment

By selecting "Online Credit Card," you can pay online with an e-commerce system.
Microsoft Edge is suggested for online payment. VISA, Mastercard and JCB are accepted by the HBP Surgery Week 2026 online system.

Bank Wire Transfer

• Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by registrants.
• Your Payment Status will be changed from ‘Pending’ to ‘Complete’ within two weeks upon clearance of your payment.
• A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail (hbps@hbpsurgery.org).
• Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
• If you would like to change the method of payment, you are requested to contact the Secretariat by e-mail (hbps@hbpsurgery.org).

Registration Confirmation (Receipt) & Invitation Letter

• 1. An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration.
  Registrants can check the status of registration and payment on ‘My Page’ by logging onto the online registration system.
  You will be able to print an official receipt on ‘My page-Registration’ once your payment is completed.
• 2. To receive an invitation letter for visa application, please fill out the field of information accurately when you register on-line.
  To receive a Hard copy of the notarized invitation letter, a requester should send USD 30 for postage to the Secretariat in advance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 1. If you wish to withdraw your registration, please follow the procedure below to request withdrawal.
  (Mypage → Registration → Click the "Withdraw" button at the bottom)
• 2. Withdrawal will be completed upon approval from the secretariat.
• 3. The congress will refund registration fees to prepaid participants who cancelled their registration in the amount of the refund based on the date of cancellation.
• 4. Refunds will be made after the end of HBP Surgery Week 2026.
• 5. All bank charges are the responsibility of the registrant.
• 6. Please refer to the following cutoff dates for cancellation.

등록 방법

• Registration Acknowledgement는 온라인 등록 후 e-mail을 통해 발송됩니다.
• 등록 접수 후 ‘My page’를 방문하여 등록비 지불상태를 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.

등록비

• 회원등록비는 학회 회비를 납입하는 평생회원 및 정회원에 한정되며(2026년 기준), 미납시 비회원으로 등록하시거나, 연회비를 별도로 납부해 주시기 바랍니다.
• 회원 정보는 한국간담췌외과학회 페이지 (https://www.kahbps.or.kr/)에서 확인 부탁드리며, 맞는 카테고리로 등록 부탁드립니다. 카테고리와 맞지 않을 경우 추가결제를 요청 드릴 수 있습니다.
• 만 65세 이상 한국간담췌외과학회 회원, 학생은 등록비가 면제됩니다.
  해당되시는 경우, 등록 시 HBP Surgery Week 2026 사무국 (E-mail : hbps@hbpsurgery.org 전화 : +82-2-557-8422, 8423)으로 연락 바랍니다.
• 3월 16일(월) 이후에는 현장등록만 가능합니다.

HBP Surgery Week 2026에서는 2026년 3월 28일(토)에 핸즈온 프로그램을 개최합니다.
참가 인원은 제한되어 있으며, 선착순 접수를 통해 확정됩니다.참가 신청 후 확정된 경우에는 반드시 프로그램에 참석해 주셔야 합니다.

홈페이지 상에서 온라인으로 카드결제 가능

가상계좌

• 가상계좌에 입금할 [입금은행]을 선택하고 [가상계좌번호]가 부여되면 정확한 금액을 [마감기한]까지 입금해야 합니다.
• 과거 학회 고유계좌로 등록비를 입금할 경우에는 등록 시스템 내 자동적으로 결제 완료 처리가 않기때문에 반드시 발급받은 가상계좌번호를 통해서만 입금해 주시기 바랍니다.
• 진행 시, 문제 있을 경우 사무국 e-mail (hbps@hbpsurgery.org) 연락 주시기 바랍니다.

등록확인 및 영수증 발급 안내

• 등록비 결제 완료 시, 등록 확인 메일이 자동 발송됩니다.
  등록비 지불 현황 및 영수증은 ‘로그인 – My page – Registration’에서 확인 및 다운로드 가능합니다.

등록 취소 및 환불 안내

• 1. 등록 철회를 원하실 경우, 아래 절차를 통해 등록 철회 요청 신청해주시기 바랍니다. (My page → Registration → 하단의 ＂Withdraw＂버튼 클릭)
• 2. 사무국 승인 후 등록 철회가 완료 됩니다.
• 3. 모든 등록비 환불은 대회 종료 후 환불에 필요한 수수료가 공제된 후 지급됩니다.
• 4. 등록 취소 시 환불 조건은 아래와 같습니다.
